ARRIVING AT CAMP BY CAR
If you are arriving by car for the full overnight camp, please arrive on Sunday to our lodge between the times of 12pm and 3pm. If you are doing our Coaching-Only program, please arrive at our lodge a little before 7pm on Sunday as that is when our orientation meeting starts.
If you plan to arrive a day early (Saturday) by car, please arrive after 4pm as Saturday is our cleaning day and the lodge/bunk rooms will not be ready before 4pm. There is a charge of $275 for Day Early Arrivals.
Starting in Summer 2026, we'll be lodging at the "Mazama Lodge". This lodge is operated by The Mazamas, a nonprofit mountaineering organization, and is situated near Government Camp in the Mt. Hood area. The Mazama Lodge is bunk-style and can accommodate about 70 people in a combination of large and small bunk rooms. The Lodge features a wonderful Great Room, a commercial kitchen, a game room, and facilities for showering.

How to get here:
If coming from the Portland area, drive Highway 26 east to Government Camp. At the Summit ski area/rest stop at the east end of Government Camp, turn left up toward Timberline Lodge. After about 200 yards, take a sharp left. Proceed about a 1/4 mile more, and take a right. This is West Leg Road. Go up West Leg Road about 300 yards, and take the first right to the Lodge.

DAY EARLY ARRIVALS
For those who want to get an extra day of skiing in, we offer a day early arrival option. This means you would arrive on Saturday and get an extra day of skiing on Sunday. This extra day of skiing would not include training (gates for racers). It is simply an extra day of free skiing to help campers get accustomed to the mountain and get their legs under them for the upcoming week.
We charge a fee of $275 for day early arrivals. Travel information can be found under the arrival and departure tabs for the way you plan to travel to camp (car vs plane).
