PAY BALANCE DUE

Your balance due is one month before your arrival day. Example, if your arrival day is June 1, then you need to be paid in full by May 1. Contact the camp office 503-337-2230 (or email: Mike@mthood.com) and let us know if you want to pay your remaining balance with the same credit card you used for your $50 deposit or if you'd prefer to use a different credit card. Or you can send us a check for the amount due (checks made out to "MHSSC"). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. We also accept American Express, but with a 3% surcharge added on.

As of now, we don't have an automated way to pay your balance due directly thru the camp website.

Camp Cancellation Policy: The $50 deposit to reserve camp space is non-refundable. Camp cancellations made 30 days prior to the start of your session will receive a partial refund, your account balance less the $50 deposit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked 30 days before the start of your session. There are NO REFUNDS after the deadline.
